Taking a cue from the great wines of Italy our 2014 Italian Suite is a light, lively, flavorful blend of Sangiovese, Barbera and Primitivo. Bright red in the glass with cherries and dried strawberries on the tongue this wine is bound to please. Aged without any oak exposure to let all those wonderful aromas and fruit flavors shine. Then, just a couple of months before bottling the wine is put into American Oak Barrels to provide a soft, subtle but lasting oak finish. Needless to say this wine goes well with a wide variety of Italian dishes.
This wine is one of our June 2017 Wine Club Recommendations. Come on by for a taste.
