Our 2015 Pinot Gris is our second vintage of the wonderfully light crisp wine produced from Estate Grown grapes. The Pinot Gris vines were planted in 2012 just east of the winery along Woodbridge Road.
The gray-green grapes of the Pinot Gris produce a delicate wine with hints of limes and Meyer lemons. Fermented at the winery in 100% stainless steel tanks yields a delicate fruity crystal clear wine with a zesty acidity. This wine is a wonderful summer sipper.

Varietal Fun Facts: The gray-red grape that produces Pinot Gris (a.k.a. Pinot Grigio) wine is a mutation from Pinot, the mysterious mother grape to all ‘Pinot’ wines (e.g. Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris etc). Grown around the world the Pinot Gris flavor profile can range from “spicy” to lighter-bodied with refreshing acid to an “oily” full-bodied wine.
