Our 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is made from Estate Grown grapes and blended with just a touch of Petit Verdot and Syrah. Aromatic on the nose with those wonderful traditional Cab flavors of black cherries/black currents on the tongue. A nicely balanced wine that lingers on the finish. The end result is a big, bold, beautiful wine that is rich and complex.
